Ginger Shiro Dashi
This is ginger-flavored shirodashi with a rich fragrance and solid umami made by adding fresh ginger and bonito stock to white soy sauce. It is developed by Yamashin Jyouzou, which has been making soy sauce for more than 200 years. Just by diluting it with water, similar to shirodashi, it can easily be used in various dishes, making it a convenient product. You can put it on tofu or dip somen or iced noodles in it in summer. In winter, it goes well with hot pot dishes or as dipping sauce for udon. It is also goes perfectly with meat dishes such as karaage and pork fried with ginger. The ginger warms the body, so it is recommended for people with poor circulation.
