Okome no Himitsu☆ (Rice malt amazake)
Okome no Himitsu ☆ contains no synthetic additives, alcohol, or sugars/ sweeteners. This product is an amazake made from rice malt, which is produced by fermenting steamed rice with Aspergillus oryzae. It has a refreshing taste and a natural sweetness that is created by the saccharification of starch in rice, making this beverage one that you won’t be able to stop drinking. This amazake contains over 30 types of enzymes that drive metabolism, including the enzyme lipase, which breaks down fat and converts it into energy. In addition to nine essential amino acids that we typically obtain from out diet, this super amino-acid beverage also supplies other amino acids.
