Rice Flour Bread Dinner Rolls
Our rice flour bread was born from the hope for everyone, including those with food allergies and those without, to be able to enjoy the same menu. It is made from 100% pure rice, produced in the famous rice growing region of Sakata, Yamagata Prefecture. Because it is made in a factory specialized for allergen free products, it does not contain the seven specified food allergens (eggs, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, shrimp, and crab). In addition, they are GFCO certified gluten-free, which is the most stringent standard in the United States. After defrosting it by letting it sit at room temperature, it is ready to eat. It has a puffy texture, and you can toast it lightly to make it crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside for an even better taste. Being shaped like a table roll means there are many ways to enjoy it, such as by cutting it in the middle, putting in your favorite ingredients, and eating it like a hamburger. It is also convenient when you're on the go: take it out of the freezer in the morning, put it in your bag, and it will defrost naturally to be ready to eat by noon.
